DAVID B. LEVIN
In May of 1992, Mr. Levin graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November of 1992. He is also admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois, and in the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Ohio, Southern District of Ohio, Northern District of Indiana and Northern District of Illinois.
Mr. Levin began his legal career in 1992, working in private practice and as in-house counsel for a multi-corporation business before founding the Law Office of David B. Levin, P.C. which he operated until 1998. In his practice, Mr. Levin in part represented the rights of tenants in disputes with their landlords.
In 1998, Mr. Levin was pivotal in the formation of the Ohio
division of one of the nation's largest "lemon law" firms, managing
their Ohio practice until 2006. During that time period, Mr. Levin
managed more than 2,500 cases involving defective vehicles and
automobile dealership fraud. Since 1998, Mr. Levin’s main
area of concentration in his practice has been in the area of
consumer protection litigation. He has been involved, throughout
the entire State of Ohio, in all aspects of the litigation of
consumer law cases, including pre-suit negotiations through settlement.
To date, Mr. Levin has personally first-chaired over 25 trials,
including many jury trials involving defective vehicles. He has
also participated in the appeal of more than 15 cases throughout
Ohio. Over 99% of the "lemon law" cases managed by Mr. Levin have
settled without going to trial.
Recently Mr. Levin was chosen by Thomson-West, one of the nation's largest legal publishing companies, as the co-author of the Ohio Lemon Law chapter of the Ohio Consumer Law book. This text is intended to be a comprehensive guide for lawyer's throughout Ohio on handling Ohio Lemon Law claims.

MITCHEL E. LUXENBURG
In May of 1999, Mr. Luxenburg graduated from the University of Akron School of Law and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November of 1999. In December of 2001, Mr. Luxenburg was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Beginning in January of 1999, Mr. Luxenburg was employed as an associate with an AV-Rated (best rating) complex commercial civil litigation firm in Summit County, Ohio, representing the interests of both commercial plaintiffs and defendants throughout Northeast Ohio. His responsibilities included all phases of litigation, from researching and drafting causes of action to researching and drafting appellate court briefs.
In 2001, Mr. Luxenburg joined one of the nation's largest "lemon
law" firms, managing their Cleveland office until his departure
in 2003, at which time he founded the Law Office of Mitchel Luxenburg.
Since 2001, Mr. Luxenburg's practice has concentrated mainly in
the area of consumer protection litigation. He has been involved,
throughout the entire State of Ohio, in all aspects of the litigation
of consumer law cases, including pre-suit negotiations through
settlement. To date, Mr. Luxenburg has personally first-chaired
16 jury trials and argued nine cases in Ohio appellate courts.
He has personally successfully negotiated settlements for more
than 500 consumers throughout the State of Ohio.
Recently, Mr. Luxenburg argued before the Ohio Supreme Court in the case of David Curl v. Volkswagen of America, Inc. This was only the third case accepted for review by the Ohio Supreme Court relating to the Ohio Lemon Law.
Mr. Luxenburg graduated from Kent State University in December of 1994 and August of 1997 with his Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration degrees, respectively. While at Kent State, Mr. Luxenburg was recognized with several leadership awards and appointed by Governor George Voinovich to serve a two-year term on the Kent State University Board of Trustees, where he worked closely with and advised University administrators on campus issues and policies.
